Karri Brower

Dr Karri Brower earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University. With this she worked as a Health and Wellness Coach for the local YMCA, and corporate wellness for Honeywell. Karri went on to earn her graduate degree from A.T Still University in Mesa, AZ in 2014 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Karri has utilized her degree in many settings of acute care; skilled nursing facility, hospital, and home health.

Karri is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners. Certified Fall Prevention Specialist (CFPS), OTAGO balance certified, and LSVT BIG Parkinson’s certified. 

Karri is the creator of the Facebook group ‘Caregiver’s Journal to Alzheimer’s & Dementia’, where she educates and supports others on the disease. She is also the author of a journal called ‘Caregiver’s Journal to Alzheimer’s’. The journal can be found on Amazon, all proceeds go to supporting various Alzheimer’s organizations.

Karri has teamed up with Multigenerational Home Modifications to create Heart and Sole Walking Group for seniors, and has added Health Coaching to her skills.

Karri enjoys working collaboratively with her patients to create a personalized treatment plan to achieve improvement in quality of life. She is enthusiastic about healthy living and how it can positively impact both physical and mental health. She loves to see individuals active, healthy and meeting their goals.
